The dinner catering for a salon. It was very generous and of good quality. Tuscan Vegetable Platter: It included various fillings such as red and green bell peppers, zucchini, yellow squash, and mushrooms, but my favorite was the tomato confit—intensely tangy, refreshing and very appetizing. The mozzarella cheese balls were rich and creamy, slightly chewy, and I couldn't stop eating them. However, the hummus was excessively salty. Charcuterie Platter: The salami and capicola were rich in fat but incredibly salty. The pepper ham was tender and had a strong smoky flavor with a slightly spicy aftertaste. I personally preferred the latter. Hot Brie Rasp Almond Fillo: This was my first time trying it. Because it had been out for too long, the crust was a bit dry and hard, but the filling still had a rich, sweet berry flavor. Hot Spring Roll Vegetable with Sauce: A colleague who likes spring rolls said it was pretty good, but it looked too dry and hard, so I didn't try it.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Baker's Best Catering for a donor appreciation event. Throughout the entire process they were thoughtful and attentive to our needs and provided great expertise when questions arose. The food was phenomenal and service the day of the event was amazing. They arrived early, made everything look fabulous and sent us home with a few surprise sweets. I will definitely use again!
