Desde el ventanal de este restaurante, la vista de Sugamo es maravillosa. Los exquisitos sabores de la cocina japonesa atraen a bastantes visitantes. Aquí puedes degustar un singular atún.

Nothing beats a female head chef with Michelin Bib Gourmand under her belt!!! Truly a unique Omakase experience. Started with tamago to smoke tuna/mackerel to grill mackerel to hot pot of tuna belly to donabe cooked rice to rice bean waffle dessert.everything is done with so much heart and soul (I.e. hand crushed black pepper as garnish)!!! Pricing is extremely reasonable for the quality of food and service. My belly is very happy and look forward to visit this place again. This is a restaurant that serves Negima Nabe about 5 minutes from Otsuka Station. I made a reservation for the course. A fine tuna fillet is dipped in a pot of bonito stock, and the proprietress brings it out just right and it's piping hot. When eaten with pepper, the tuna becomes soft and flaky. The rich flavor is very delicious. The green onions and wakame were good partners, and I devoured them in no time. The final dish is freshly cooked rice with dashi soup. The flavor of the tuna and vegetables soaks in and it is also delicious. Japanese sake goes really well. The alcohol lineup also includes items that go well with the food. Haruka and Shinano Nishiki are served cold, while Yuki no Kayasha is served hot. The snacks leading up to the hot pot were also good. The seasonal firefly squid, freshly grilled salted mackerel, and smoked dishes were also delicious. Although it was a basement store, the entrance was open with a screen door, and the counter was partitioned off with an acrylic board. It was nice to be able to eat in a calm space where the customers seemed to know each other. I would like to visit you again. I want to live in Otsuka.
