I was there yesterday and found the staff friendly, the food excellent the atmosphere great. Plenty of room for families with small children and parking your car. The only problem that I had was that the music was much to loud as when you have to listen to another person like your waitress you have to shout to be heard. To have a conversation with any person is impossible. Families with children especially should be careful of damage to their eardrums. Otherwise a great place with excellent food service etc. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We had lunch at Nelsonia Restaurant for my dad's birthday on Sunday, October 29. It was a really cold rainy day and even though my old mother was dressed warmly she got terribly cold. We asked the waiter if they couldn't please put the heater on for us. The waiter let us know that management said they would come and put the heater on for us, only to return and tell us the owner refuse to light the heater for us. So much for hospitality! He didn't want to go out of his way at all just to accommodate a guest that was very cold. Except for his bad attitude we had a wonderful waiter and the food was real nice, but the owner's bad attitude put a damper on the whole atmosphere otherwise it would have been perfect Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2
