Have been to this store a few times now and the level of professionalism & service has always been exceptional. They are very knowledgeable and are always happy to go above and beyond to answer questions. They recommend particular strength's of coffees' depending on your preferences. Today I was assisted by Daniella and Jacob. Walking into the store I was greeted immediately with a warm welcoming smile. Daniella made me feel like I was in a designer store shopping for an expensive handbag however I was exchanging an online order and buying pods. She took her time to explain in detail the texture and notes for the various pods I was interested in. I sampled multiple coffees prepared by Jacob who is a master on the machine. No longer will I be purchasing pods online, I’ll be making the trip to Castle Towers to sample new flavours and be educated in the details of each selection. Love the cleanliness and ambiance of the store. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
