I purchased a Nespresso milk frother in February 2026 from Riyadh Park branch. From the very first use, I noticed that the milk temperature was significantly lower than expected. I would like to clarify that I own the exact same machine purchased from Red Sea Mall in Jeddah, and it performs perfectly, heating milk to a much higher and proper temperature. Therefore, I am fully aware of what the correct performance should be. I visited the branch and reported the issue, but no inspection or testing was conducted. Instead, I was directed to contact customer service. I contacted customer support and provided all required details. I was asked to record a video demonstrating the issue, which I did. In the video, I clearly showed that the milk was not hot by placing my finger into the milk immediately after heating. Unfortunately, the response I received was unprofessional and unacceptable. I was advised to preheat the cup with hot water before pouring the milk. This is not a solution—it is simply avoiding the actual issue. Here is why this response is unacceptable: • I own the same machine from another branch that works perfectly. • The machine’s purpose is to heat milk, not require workarounds. • I went through multiple steps (visits, calls, emails, and video submission) with no real resolution. • I was never directed to a proper inspection or service center. After all these efforts, the case was closed with the same inadequate response. Based on this experience, the level of customer service does not reflect the standards expected from a global brand. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend dealing with this company given how customer complaints are handled.
