Im never one for complaining however the last two orders since the new owners took over and both times the “crispy” shredded chicken was not crispy and was soft. Defeats the purpose of the name “crispy” shredded chicken, dipping it in the fryer for 1 minute won’t make it crispy. BBQ sauce also disgusting. Won’t be back until they sort it out, spending hard earned money is frustrating especially when it used to be a good Chinese. Disappointing. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
