Unacceptable – 2½ Hour Wait Ordered from New Chapter and waited TWO AND A HALF HOURS for our food. That’s beyond late — it’s completely unacceptable. There were no updates, no phone call, and no apology to explain the delay. We were just left waiting, hungry, with no idea if the order was even coming. When the food finally arrived it was cold and disappointing, which made the ridiculous wait feel even worse. A takeaway is meant to be convenient — this was the opposite and it completely ruined the evening. After a 2½-hour wait, we won’t be ordering again. Then found a meal missing said they would deliver it still waiting now closed. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £30–40 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
