So I order from here at least 3 or 4 times a month.Food is really good.Always hot and fresh when it gets to my house So for the food I am giving 5 stars. Now that being said,I won't order from here again based on the service I received today on the phone from the man who answered my call.He asked for my number and address which is normal, and I made a joke of "I order from you guys at least 17 times a month you should know me by now" I guess he didn't like that and yelled at me" You don't have to get an attitude,I was just asking your address and phone number!!" I never had an attitude and was laughing when I said what I said.I spend at least $75.00 -$100.00 every time I order from here and to be yelled at like that was not cool.I will miss Mr. Lee.One of the nicest men you will ever meet. That man on the phone needs to relax and laugh a little. Food: 5 Service: 1

Easily some of the best Chinese takeout we've ever had. Everything was very hot, nicely prepared & packaged, delivered right on time. Very reasonably priced menu. Super polite gentleman delivered right to our home. So glad we've found a regular Chinese takeout here in Charlotte. Thanks, New Fong Kitchen! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10
