Nico's Steeet Food at the Las Vegas Fiestas was a highlight! The Pueblo burger is fire...a fat burger in between 2 Fry breads, covered in cheese, bacon, and Green Chile! What more could you ask for?! Delicious! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I order a vegetarian meal, which the chef said was absolutely doable. After a few bites I realized it was very much not vegetarian and there was still chucks of meat in it. When I asked the chef about it he said it made with meat they just tried to pick it out meaning it’s very much not vegetarian. Not a very kind group. Not vegetarian friendly at all. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Vegetarian options: DO NOT GO. THEY LITERALLY SAID THEIR FOOD IS VEGETARIAN JUST PICK THE MEAT OUT

Nico's Street Food is a family owned and operated business that really knows how to combine the words "authentic" and "flavorful" in all the best ways! Their red Chili is everything I've been missing from my life, and thankfully they take online orders/do so many around town events that I have a chance of catching them whenever I need my fix!
