Nikan is a gem for anyone craving genuine Persian cuisine in Sydney. We ordered the Mast Baroni, Sour Chicken Stew, and Zeresh Polo ba Morgh, all served on beautiful traditional copper trays with saffron rice — and washed it all down with doogh. The whole spread came to $96 which is very reasonable for the quality and portion size. The Sour Chicken Stew was the standout for me — the flavour was rich, deep and absolutely delicious.

Went to Nikan Restaurant recently and had a really lovely experience. The restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere from the moment you walk in, with a warm and elegant feel that makes it stand out from a lot of other places around the area. We tried some of the vegetarian dishes and desserts, and everything was delicious and well presented. The food felt fresh, full of flavour, and really well prepared. The customer service was also friendly and attentive without being over the top. Overall, it was a great dining experience with good food, great ambience, and a welcoming vibe. Definitely a place I’d be happy to visit again. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
