I've always wanted to go there every time I passed by, but on my way home from a night shift, I passed by just as they were opening, so I went in by myself. I was the first customer as it had just opened for lunch on a weekday. I ordered hot chai as a set with Nikiru lunch. Nikiru lunch consisted of half each of today's two types of curry, and that day's curry was chana masala and chicken tikka makhani. The curry with a spicy sauce made with beans had lots of beans in it and was delicious with just the right amount of spiciness without being too spicy. There was quite a lot of rice, so I was very full. Many of the women who came in next ordered small portions of rice, so I recommend that if you are a small eater. I also decided to eat small meals next time. As I was eating, customers started coming in one after another, and the counter was filled with a lone female customer. So even though I was alone, I was able to concentrate on the curry without worrying at all. Although it was lunchtime on a weekday, the restaurant filled up quickly and I felt that it was a popular restaurant. However, since it's curry, the turnover of the restaurant is not that slow. When I finished my post-meal chai, the owner called out to me and asked me to bring it to him. It was a delicious chai with a soothing sweetness that filled your mouth with just the right amount of sweetness after the curry. It seems like there were many different types of curry, so I would like to go there again. Side note: There was a portrait of the owner displayed inside the store, and it looked quite similar.
