The braised beef noodles was so popular we had to try it!! Great soup!! Fast service and kinda spacious restaurant!! The beef was a little dry

My husband and I went to Nine Way for lunch and had a wonderful experience. I ordered the mini hot pot special, which was absolutely delicious. I chose the tomato base with pork belly, and it came with a great variety of vegetables, tofu, mushrooms, and more. Everything was flavorful and comforting. My husband ordered the spicy dry noodles with chicken, and he said they reminded him of the noodles from Din Tai Fung, which is high praise. We were both very pleasantly surprised by how good the food was. The service really stood out. Our waiter went above and beyond. He helped us navigate the menu and patiently answered all of our questions. I had leftover soup and rice, and he carefully packed everything to go. It may not sound like a big deal, but when I got home and opened the soup, I noticed he had even wrapped it with saran wrap to make sure it would not spill.
