I called before ordering through DoorDash to make sure they had the chitterlings. They told me yes!!! I proceed to order and also get a side of greens and a side of Mac n cheese. I get my order and there is no Chitterlings to be found. Also they are now closed so they can’t fix my issue. Also on DoorDash as the merchant you can refund the chitterlings and say out of stock so I won’t be charged but they continued as if I had all my order. I get the order and it’s only the two sides. Yes, DoorDash gave me a refund. But Ninos integrity is totally shot from one store owner to another. Get it together!!!!!!! The greens were good. Mac n cheese I give a 3/10. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $60–70 Food: 1 Service: 1

We apologize that you experienced this mishap. At times, the DoorDash is at fault, other times, it is on us. We strive to make sure we complete ever order at its fullest and give everyone great customer service. Chitterlings are a delicacy and we serve some of the best! Ordered the chitlin dinner and a fried pork chop. The fried pork chop was ok. I didn’t like that there were no holes poked in the styrofoam to keep the coating from going soggy. I’d be open to trying the pork chop fresh as dine in. The chitlin dinner was ok as well. They were cleaned and cooked well. I didn’t like that they tasted very vinegary. The vinegar flavor was overwhelming. I wouldn’t get the chitlins again due to the overwhelming vinegar flavor. I would get the pork chop. My sides were cabbage and yams. They did not have my first choice of potato salad. The cabbage was good. The yams had too much cinnamon for my liking and were not very sweet. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

This was our first time trying Nino's Southern Sides and our food was delicious. My husband had the BBQ pigs feet(they were as tender as a mother's love), stewed okra and pinto beans. I had Catfish fillets, mac and cheese, coleslaw and yams. The customer service was wonderful. I wish I knew her name but she made us feel welcomed!
