Came here on a hot 82 degree day and they had a shaded lounge with air conditioning, running water to wash hands, and reasonably priced food. I didn’t even think I was that hungry but once I had a bite I could not stop it was that good! I am 100% coming back here, what a pleasant experience. You can really tell the owner loves what he does and the ingredients were fresh and flavorful, even uses saffron for the rice! This is one gem of a food truck in Seattle. I’ve been looking for a place with really good Persian kabab, and this spot definitely did not disappoint. The food was so flavorful, and they had 3 different sauces that were all honestly delicious. Highly recommend. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5

First time trying Nirvana Food Truck and I’m seriously impressed. The food was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. I ordered the kobeideh kebab and the chicken skewer kebab, and both were outstanding. The kobeideh was perfectly seasoned—juicy, smoky, and incredibly tender with that classic grilled flavor that makes Persian-style kebabs so good. The chicken skewer was just as impressive: well-marinated, super moist, and grilled to perfection with a beautiful char. Everything tasted authentic and satisfying, and the portions were generous. You can tell they focus on quality ingredients and proper grilling technique. For a food truck, the flavor and quality easily rival many sit-down restaurants. Definitely a hidden gem and I’ll 100% be coming back to try more of the menu. If you’re nearby and craving great kebabs, this spot is absolutely worth a stop.
