I've been buying from different restaurants along that strip, but always thought it was still that Korean restaurant, and come to find that Niu Baguette BBQ replaced the korea restaurant 5 years ago. Today I was able to try their food. It's a very small restaurant with only maybe 4 - 5 tables, but I ordered to go anyway. Grilled Pork and Spring roll vermicelli - 4 stars - for $15.50, the noodles were soft and the vegetables were fresh. The pork was ok, but compared to the pork I ate at other restaurants, the pork as well as the vietnamese dressing flavor were very light. Service - 5 stars - they were very nice and took my order right away and thanked me after giving me my food. Street metered parking right in the front of the restaurant.
