I want to rave about how amazing the food and the staff is at Nixtamal. The flautas have a perfect crisp to them throughout every bite. I have had everything on their menu, and it is all delectable and authentic. They also have a different agua fresca each day that is so refreshing. I highly recommend checking this wonderful truck out. It’s located right outside the Austin Winery at The Uard in South Austin. You will become a regular. Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
