What a little gem of a restaurant, dined this evening for my mums birthday and the staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and can not do enough for you! As a fellow family from the West Midlands we know a good curry and this place delivers! Hidden down a side street on Morecambe front you may pass it by but don’t sleep on it! Make the booking and you won’t be disappointed my only criticism is to provide a few English dishes for children other than that it is perfect. Thank you so much for my mums free Prosecco and a massive ice cream for our little girl. We will be back soon. Xxx. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Price per person: £10–20

Been to Mumbai no9 for the first time for my wifes birthday I could not believe how good the food was .and the staff was so friendly and very polite. As if thay know us for years I recommend the Mumbai 9 to eney one looking for a fab curry her in morecome great work guys keep it up and that's from a brummie.and I have eaten in many good birmingham curry houses home of the currys. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Price per person: £10–20 Recommendation for vegetarians: Not sure Parking options: Free of charge street parking Kid-friendliness: The best Wheelchair accessibility: Might be a problem but im sure the staff would help you ask on booking

Disappointing. Service was slow and the food very ordinary. I'd heard good things but we obviously went on a bad night. Lovely, cosy restaurant, drinks were great, but atmosphere just not right, everything felt rushed and we had to ask for things several times. Shame, because it was a special occasion and i had pushed to go to No.9, so felt bad things weren't up to the hype.
