I have never done a Google review of a food establishment, or any other type of establishment for that matter. During times like this when it is almost virtually impossible to put food on the table let alone have the extra money to go out to lunch, I felt like maybe that put a little more impact on my lunch out today. I was very excited to see Brownsburg Noble Romans is offering salad bar it advertises a variety of 45 items on their salad bar. When it came time to pay the cashier after ordering salad bar we were informed that it was 1196 apiece without a beverage. We nicely ask what all the salad bar included because after all at $12 salad it’s pretty expensive we were informed that no breadsticks were included we chose to eat the salad bar anyway. The salad bar was fresh and very clean but they were out of ranch dressing after waiting for the cashier to wait on several people waiting my turn I ask her if there was any ranch dressing she let me know that they run out the night before . I kindly ask her if she was going to be putting more ranch dressing out so that I Knew if I should wait for it to come out or if I should choose another dressing. She stared at me very rude and said I have no idea. I went ahead and filled my salad and I witnessed the two people that were making pizza as well as a third worker who came from the back all went outside and smoked in front of the restaurant. This left only the rude cashier. Keep in mind she did remind us it was endless salad that by the way including the two types of lettuce there are 20 items on there 45 items salad bar. When it came time to take another trip for the salad bar we are unable due to the fact that there are not plates out for the salad bar which I understand but also nowhere in a timely manner to receive one due to the fact that the cashier was taking other orders. We were told that we only had the one plate which by the way is totally against the Board of Health to use the same plate to go back up to the buffet! If they’re going to have a salad bar three things need to happen A they need to figure out how to make refill plates available if it truly is an endless salad bar second of all they should not advertise with a banner saying 45 items when it is only 20 and third of all they need not have rude Cashiers!!!
