Honestly a bit confused by all the glowing reviews. It was a cute little spot, fine service and quite basic/mediocre pizza. It is good in a way that’s it made authentically in a pizza oven however, I found that it lacked flavour. Not sure i would come back for the price and portion size with that quality. We‘ve met a fellow traveller in Villa de Leyva whom happened to be Italian who mentioned to us, that she had the best pizza of her life in Minca at a restaurant called Nonni. So naturally, as we we‘re absolute Pizza enthusiasts we needed to go there and see for ourselves. What can I say.. honestly, I am lost for words with our experience here. Never before I had Pizza that was able to touch me emotionally. But those Pizzas were mere art. It was a pure joy devouring this perfect pizzas. I’ve caught myself with goosebumps, constant smiling and spontaneous laughter while eating, so happy was I to eat there. Except for the superb quality of the ingredients, the natural, minimalistic taste that was on point, the Ambiente was also amazing. From our place, we were able to watch the cook preparing the pizzas in the kitchen. It was easy to see that he put his passion into his work. 5 Stars are underrated.
