It's rare that I give somewhere one star. This experience yielded neither noodles nor things, and here is that story. I was in the mood for soup and wanted to try somewhere new. We happened upon Noodles & Things. I'm sorry to tell you, deciding to enter the restaurant was a huge mistake! Strike 1. So we walked in and after standing there for a good few minutes being ignored, someone came over to finally help us. She asked if we were eating there or doing take out. After we said eating here, she snapped at me "No outside food" about the salad in my hand that I had picked up for lunch tomorrow. Well, she got a snap back because there was not a single reason to be that rude. Because of that, we decided on take out....but I still wasn't sure if they had any vegetarian options. Strike 2. So we went over to the counter to order and asked if the tomato broth was vegetarian. The lady looked very annoyed and couldn't tell us!!! I was basically ready to cry so I just walked outside but my boyfriend ordered. Strike 3. The soup was $20!! I didn't try any because I didn't know if it was vegetarian *shrug* but my boyfriend said it was tasteless and he barely ate any of it. It was basically a $20 bowl of water. It got thrown in the trash. Also they added mushrooms (his second least favorite food) which he didn't ask for them to include. What a waste of $20! Never returning in 2021 or beyond. Horrible...and I ended up having to eat my salad for dinner that was intended for the next day.
