I had a wonderful dining experience at Noods n Rice in Byblos. The owner was exceptionally humble welcoming, and genuinely open to feedback which truly reflects his dedication to continuously improving the restaurant and its offerings. The staff member who served us was equally impressive , attentive, professional, and clearly passionate about her work, ensuring we were comfortable and fully taken care of throughout our visit. The food was outstanding with the Pad Thai being a personal favorite. I also really appreciated that they thoughtfully consider vegan options making the menu inclusive for different dietary preferences. Overall it was a fantastic experience, and I will definitely be returning to explore more of the menu. Highly recommended. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
