Totally blown away! The ramen was very innovative and delicious. We had the black garlic tonkatsu ramen, spicy Thai curry ramen (spice level 4, very nice), and garlic chili oil gyoza. No extra toppings or substitutions, you eat it the way the chef intended. Service was super friendly! Can’t wait to come back and try the rest of their creations. Drove past over the years and finally went in for a bowl of ramen & gyoza which did not disappoint. First off, very friendly staff. Secondly, they had separate full & vegan menus. No restrictions here so I went all in on the pork with the tonkatsu ramen and a serving of green onion gyoza. It was ono & broke da mouth. So good I’m going to cruise by and sample a vegan version. Our first time there tonight ... by accident bc the restaurant we had planned so dine at was closed for maintenance for two weeks. Anyway, we looked at the menu posted on the Waialae Ave glass frontage. Couldn't believe how affordable their prices were across the board. Wife had the shoyu ramen, i had the Tan Tan Mein ... both excellent .... broth, ramen, half egg with all the extras to make it great. We also ordered the gyoza and the fried rice with shitake mushrooms. Both ono delicious. Will spread the word to fam and friends. We live so close so there's no excuse for dining here on a regular basis. Oh, the staff was helpful, understanding and patient with us being first timers. Go Noods Ramen Bar! Banzai! Banzai! Banzai!
