“Fried rice” is just white rice with meat thrown in it. every time i order it I have to add everything in at home and it’s never even cooked. Just steamed rice microwaved for a bit. 5 pieces of shrimp for an order is also pretty cheap of them. Really disappointing because the food used to be really good, just let the quality go down drastically. Definitely my last time. For 20$ i shouldn’t have to make my own food. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I had zero expectations for this place in all honesty. But the hotpot was actually really deep and very filling even for my fat ahh and tasted great with a lot of variety. The portions are great for a decent price, they have a table with water and utensils and stuff, and their beef noodles were insanely tender. Highly recommend! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Vegetarian menu or section Vegetarian options: there are vegetables. Dietary restrictions: chinese food. make of that what you will.

Chongqing Crispy Chicken has horrendously thick breading/batter that isn’t fully crispy inside out, at least the meat is tender and juicy as intended. Shrimp wontons are basically a scam with mostly shredded cucumbers and disgusting shrimp bits that has a soft, mushy mouthfeel, the filling is also starched into a snotty/slimy texture that coats the mouth. Disgusting, a nasty total disgrace towards the idea of shrimp wonton. If you can’t make something right, dear Northern Cafe, don’t make it in the first place. 别点他们的虾抄手/馄饨，基本上就是黄瓜丝，虾在里面只是凑数（两三个小丁，有的虾仁还不脆，不新鲜的味道），还有辣子鸡裹粉很厚很难吃。当了这么多年广东人，第一次听说馄饨/抄手里面没有肉只是黄瓜，再怎么不会做菜学学人东北人素饺子里面放鸡蛋啊，里面还黏黏糊糊像大鼻涕一样。这地方真不配做中餐，真的不配。.
