Todos sus visitantes están encantados con la maravillosa cocina francesa de este café. La buenísima ubicación de Novotel Restaurant hace que llegar a él incluso en hora punta sea muy sencillo. Las calificaciones tan altas de este lugar serían imposibles de lograr sin un muy activo personal. Siempre que vengas, notarás su profesional servicio. Los usuarios de Facebook le han dado una valoración de 4,2 estrellas a este lugar, por lo que es muy probable que satisfaga todas tus expectativas en cuanto a servicio y comida.
Sadly this is the worst review I’ve ever had to write in all my life I’d never go back to Paris because of this hotel and their staff.
Firstly New Year’s Eve is meant to be a time to reflect and celebrate right ? Well this New Year’s Eve was definitely our worst. We went out for a meal to come back to my partners Rolex sea dweller 50th anniversary watch stolen out the safe. We reported it straight away and the staff said there’s only been one cleaner in your room hinting it was the below lady in the photo when we asked her to give it back her facial expression said it all we even offered her 5,000 euro to just put it back and we wouldn’t report her to the police.
Sadly she just laughed at us and carried on cleaning how disrespectful. The head cleaner Florence was disgusting she swore at us and stormed off wouldn’t surprise me if she was in onit.
The hotels manager Theot was just as bad his response was bearing in mind at the point I’m in tears “what do you expect me to do ?” I’ve heard you’ve been rude to my staff ? Rude to your staff no I wasn’t I was crying my eyes out how’s that being rude ?
Our sons first trip to Disney land was ruined because of this all the hotel had to do was be more respectful and sort the situation out. We proved the watch and proved to them photos of the watch but their reply is still not our problem. They couldn’t care that their staff had robbed us they were all basically laughing at us it was awful.
Only member of staff who did help was Aurielle who took us the police station Thankyou.
Currently their Insurence company have replied to us 8 MONTHS LATER
Dear Sir,
We acknowledge receipt of your claim forwarded to us by Novotel Marne la Vallee.
A safe box was available in your room and you didn’t deposit your watch ROLLEX inside. In these circumstances, the liability of the hotel cannot be involved. So we are sorry we will not be able to settle your claim.

What a disgrace ! They are now playing the card that the watch wasn’t in the safe when it was !
