I REALLY hate to do this because I loved this place until today. While I was there, I was greeted properly & cheerfully by two girls working up front (I wish I knew their names.) after I paid the COMPANY with my card for my food. I asked if I could tip on the card machine. I couldn’t, but the girls service was SSOOO good that I really wanted to tip. I asked for their cashapp, then here comes micromanager Anna..who even isn’t a manager “No, No, No, they can’t accept Cash App.” & was VERY RUDE ABOUT IT. I understand policy, but it just seemed like she was interfering with their money, because she couldn’t pass it to them at the end of the night. I said “why are you blocking their blessings?” And she she didn’t know what to say after that. I was threatened with the police “because I disrespected her.” Anna baby, disrespect isn’t that’s not illegal. But with holding earnings from an employee is & Don’t disrespect those beautiful hard working girls & I won’t disrespect you. Period. They can’t speak up for their selves at work, but I can speak up for them as a paying customer. After that, I still went to family dollar, & got cash back so that I can tip these girls. They deserved it!!! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30

I paid 45 dollars for 8wings,okra,5 jumb shrimp,and small Mac n cheese and was told to heat it up i no y’all rent is high but the cook is rude y’all not gone last like that food wasn’t even good prices even higher then other locations I could of went to jays or anywhere wife called and she said no refund and hung up!!!

I ordered 20 wing dings on the phone. I arrived and realized I was rung up for 20 whole wings so I had to wait 15 minutes for the wing dings. I got home and realized I got rung up for 15 wing dings and not 20! So i’m short. I wasn’t even compensated for the mistake. She apologized but a good business would offer a free drink or something. I thought my order was fairly easy. I don’t think I’ll be returning. Meal type: Dinner Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
