I came here for my boyfriend for a quick and late lunch and was really excited because I’d been wanting to try Nudon for ages. I ordered the regular box with two of the dry toppings, crispy beef and garlic chicken with egg fried rice and a bubble tea. Firstly, they had ran out of the bubble tea I had just paid for and ordered so that was slightly annoying but I settled for another option instead. Food took around 15 minutes which felt long considering there were two customers inside and all they did was scoop it from containers and put it in a box. When I went to eat my food the “dry toppings” were smothered in sauce and the crispy beef which was advertised as “mild” was coated in chilli flakes. It looked like a curry instead of the two toppings I had ordered. The beef was incredibly spicy compared to what I had ordered (I’m south asian so I can handle spice) and had absolutely no flavour apart from being extremely hot. The “garlic chicken” was coated in the same sauce as the crispy beef was so I’m not entirely sure why I paid for two different toppings. There was barely any rice and it was all smothered in the extremely spicy and thick chilli sauce again. I was only able to eat a few bits of beef because it was so hot and the flavour left me feeling quite nauseous. My boyfriend had the orange chicken and caramel chicken and said the flavour was off and made him feel nauseous too. Felt the rest of the day feeling hungry and sick. I do not recommend I was really disappointed with this experience. That’s £15 I’ll never get back :/ Price per person: £10–20 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

The lady on the counter serving around 2:30pm on Sunday 7th was just really rude, poor customer service skills, unhelpful and bad attitude. She stared at me weird when I was trying to get her attention, refuse to serve and made someone else to do it even tho when I was waiting for her she wasn’t busy and then rushed me off and threw another fork before I could even finish my sentence which I was going to ask for more napkins I didn’t even say much was just shocked at her cockiness
