Good size pub with plenty of seating. The menu was good enough, what you'd expect from a chain like O'Neill's. I didn't expect too much from the menu, however, the food and service I received still failed to meet expectations. I paid £8.25 for a "Ham, Cheese & Pickle" sandwich, served with coleslaw and in "warm ciabatta bread". It took 30 minutes for the sandwich to arrive. When it did, it came without pickle. When asked, the staff told me this is how it is served. The bread was served at room temperature, no sign of it ever being warm. The coleslaw was tiny and was almost exclusively carrot with the tiniest piece of cabbage thrown in. The menu described an item that didn't exist, and I ended up paying £8.25 for a cold slice of ham with pre-sliced cheese in cold bread. I was left feeling very ripped off.
