I am disappointed with the service we received during our visit. My family and I were standing at the counter, taking our time to look through the menu and decide what to order. Even after we had made our decision and were clearly ready to place our order, no staff member approached or acknowledged us. Being left unattended throughout our visit was frustrating and quite embarrassing. Customers should not have to wait without any assistance, especially when they are visibly ready to order. There should always be a staff member available to greet and assist customers promptly to ensure a better dining experience.
