Great service from Trinity Saylor and Ed is the best manager they are always attentive and caring for their customers and speedy service. They go out of their way to make sure you are taking care of with food and drinks. Very interpersonal and inviting atmosphere. The food is excellent. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Second and last time at O’Neill’s. First time we went to see a band we love and since we arrived late then and couldn’t get a table, we decided to get there super early today so we had enough time to find a nice spot to enjoy the show and have a bite to eat. Upon arrival, a staff member told us to seat ourselves, and we went around the place to find a table for 5. By the time we made our mind and just sat at a table for 4 (all bigger tables were taken), the rest of our party arrived so we were trying to figure it out how to accommodate without bothering the staff or other customers. No one approached us to offer service, in spite of the fact that we were already seated and had been in there for over 30 minutes. It was before 6pm, and it was busy, but not packed. We ended up leaving, but I don’t think anyone noticed. We’re the kind of people that stays until the end when there’s live music -specially with a band like the one performing tonight- , so do the math: we arrived before 6, and we knew that we were staying until midnight, if not later, and we love beer. I don’t feel like returning or recommending it to anyone. Parking: Plenty of spots at no cost.
