I just got married on April 20th 2024. We are in our late 40’s and it wasn’t our 1st wedding so we wanted to do something fun that we like and have an intimate wedding with our closest friends and family of 40 guests. We had originally chosen Walnut Grove Pub as they have a pool table and Karaoke. So we booked our friend Sandy Chow to host our ceremony and be the Karaoke DJ who also plays on Fridays at that pub, their DJ on Saturdays is super rude to new patrons so we had requested to swap for our special day. The owner after signing a contract with us. 12 days before the wedding send a bizarre email stating that we wouldn’t get dedicated staff, our DJ that was already booked wouldn’t be allowed, no minors, and whole lot of new rules and regulations even after we were giving them assured business.. in a way that was a blessing in disguise coz that is what made us switch to the lovely Oak & Thorne and a special shout out to their manager Jazmine Upper who went above and beyond to make our wedding day extra special. I am at a loss for words - I don’t know how to express my gratitude to Jazmine who being a manager took it upon herself to serve us to make sure that our day was treated the best possible way. They had given us the games room which was exclusive for us and allowed us to decorate and convert it to a beautiful area for guests to witness the ceremony and continue the merriment. We were allowed to bring minors, we were allowed to throw confetti, we were allowed to everything we wanted. Both my husband Randy and I are super happy with this change of venue as (a) it was a way better and classier venue in comparison to Walnut Grove Pub and Bistro, (b) the staff is so awesome, way better than the other venue (c) the staff is honest and don’t cheat their patrons by over charging them which the other venue has done on multiple occasions. I can go and on. Thank you once again Oak & Thorne Langley TWP and Jazmine Upper for making our wedding perfect .. the way we envisioned it and more.. so now you guys can host weddings and add it to your portfolio. Cheers and only good wishes to all of you guys Vegetarian options: Amazing vegetarian dishes Dietary restrictions: They serve vegan food and respect all your restrictions and have great options Parking: The venue is attached to the Sandman Hotel and has free parking lot for atleast 100 cars I think Kid-friendliness: They do have a games room so it really entertains kids they also allow infants and minors till 8pm inside and 10pm outside on the patio as they place converts to a club after 9pm Wheelchair accessibility: They have wheel chair accessibility on the side of the venue Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Great Sunday Afternoon, Burger & French Fries, Nachos, Bacon and Eggs with Chunky Hashbrowns, Braised Beef Dip, Crispy Ginger Beef Bowl, Beef Dip with Fries, Perogies, Corn Dog, Pickle Back, Crispy Fried Chicken, Fish and Chips, Chicken Wings, Chipotle Chicken Corn Soup, Flight of Beers, Chipotle Chicken Corn Chowder, Fish Tacos, Caesar Salad, Buffalo Cauliflower, Quesadilla Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free parking lot

Went here for lunch on Sunday and they have a special: 2 eggs, 2 sausages, 2 pieces of toss and hash browns for $5. That alone is worth the trip. Also, very nice place that wasn't busy in Sunday. It might be nutty on a Friday night, but it's a great place for Sunday lunch. Loved it.
