The shinshu pork served was delicious. My husband had the curry and he said this is the best curry he had in Japan so far and my husband is a picky eater. I had the grilled pork steak salad and it was clean and refreshing . I topped up 200yen for the wasabi butter and it was well worth it!!! Price per person: ¥3,000–4,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

A Western restaurant located within the newly renovated Daio Wasabi Farm. There was a long line for Japanese food, but the Western food was deserted, so I entered the store with some concerns. The interior of the store is, of course, brand new and has a stylish atmosphere that makes you feel at ease. We were a family of three, and we were seated at a large table in the back. The location was great, with a great view of the wasabi fields from the large windows. (Although it looked good, I felt like they should have done more to clean the spider webs.) I also liked that there was a partition between the seat and the seat next to me, so I was able to use it as if it were a private room. There isn't much on the menu, and everything costs over 1,000 yen, so it feels expensive. Aside from tourists who only come here once in a while, it doesn't seem like it's aimed at locals because there's no good-value lunch menu. (Mr. President, you said on your website that the facility will be a healing and oasis not only for tourists but also for locals in the area.) I ordered grilled pork loin and vegetables @ 1,650 yen and chicken cutlet curry @ 1,540 yen at the top of the menu. Even though the pork was thickly sliced, it was soft and crispy. Perhaps due to the effect of fresh wasabi, the seasoning is light and gives the impression that even elderly people can enjoy it. However, the impact was weak and the taste was easy to forget. On the other hand, the cutlet curry had an aggressive flavor with plenty of spices and a strong spiciness. The cutlet is also crispy and I personally like the taste, but I felt like children and the elderly would not be able to eat this one. I think it would be better to at least be able to choose between sweet and dry. Since the original menu is small, I'm worried about whether the restaurant will be able to manage the restaurant because the flavors are designed to further narrow the customer base. I really liked the lemon squash with lots of lemon slices. I can appreciate the fact that you can enjoy a pleasant meal in a good location, so I look forward to improvements in the future.
