Keep this in mind: you’ll probably have to wait quite a while at this restaurant! We waited for about an hour and ordered the garlic & steak pizza. It was extremely greasy, just two slices were enough to fill us up. The drinks, however, were amazing! We had the chili malt and the ginger lemon drink, both were exceptional. I definitely recommend trying their unique drinks instead of going for regular sodas. The lettuce & chicken salad was also excellent, especially with its delicious dressing. The restaurant is located in the parking level (-1) of the Pelatin Mall. You’ll need to take the elevator to get there. A staff member will ask for your phone number and might call you when your table is ready — but since it’s in the parking area, signal is weak and you might not even realize they’re calling! If deciding on what to eat is hard for you this place will absolutely drive you crazy you have dozens of options that all of them sound tasty and you see so many novel combinations that you want to try. If you’re ordering salad i recommend you to ask for the dressing to come separately, cause they use a lot of sauce which makes it too heavy. The place is usually crowded and although their new place has much more space we waited for 45 minutes as we went for Thursday night dinner. ‌I had my first experience with Obeso Chef, and I was genuinely impressed by the flavor and quality of their pizza. The freshness and richness of the taste were absolutely noticeable and delightful. We were a group of four and ordered two pizzas: one was the Bacon Blue Cheese, and the other was the Creamy Pulled Beef. Both were exceptional, but personally, I connected more with the Creamy Pulled Beef—it was simply outstanding. The crust was soft and thick, perfectly complementing the toppings, which were evenly distributed across the pizza. Each pizza is divided into four slices, and one pizza is generally enough for two people. However, depending on your appetite or preferences, you might find it a bit insufficient, so ordering extra might be a good idea. The service at Obeso Chef was excellent—the staff were friendly and attentive, and our pizzas were served quickly at the perfect temperature. We didn’t realize that reservations were needed to dine in their beautifully designed outdoor patio area, so we had to order takeout. Despite that, the experience was still enjoyable. While I can’t recall the specifics of the sauce, I can say that the overall flavor combination was well-balanced and satisfying. This pizza is definitely worth trying and enjoying occasionally, though I wouldn’t consider it an everyday meal due to its richness. I’d highly recommend giving Obeso Chef a try, especially if you’re a fan of unique and indulgent flavors. Just remember to make a reservation if you want to enjoy their professionally designed outdoor seating area!
