Unprofessional. No Customer service when a complaint is placed whatsoever.. We placed an order on Mr D. They did not send an item that was ordered. When we called the store they refused to take responsibility and wanted the easy way out by saying we should contact Mr D and get a refund. If we didnt want the items we wouldn't order it, as if we place orders just for refunds!!??!! If they made a mistake they should fix it by suggesting and making an effort to deliver it themselves at the least. This store does not do that. They can only use Mr D drivers for deliveries and that too for mistake made by the store, excuses for every question asked. The owners should know "sorry" is not a solution and then no feedback at all makes the store even worse. Very unprofessional. I had to call to ask for updates and still they did not bother to call me back with any update.. -10 0 stars Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: R 350–400 Service: 1

I'm abit disappointed on my last visit to Ocean Basket Lenasia. Firstly the food took very long to come. Secondly, the rolls they gave was very hard. It seemed to be stale. Thirdly I asked for Olive Oil twice and they brought me normal oil on both occasions. For a good restaurant as Ocean Basket, who don't have olive oil is very disturbing. Cheaper restaurants like Panarotis serve good olive oil. I don't see the reason for Ocean Basket not to have olive oil. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: R 150–200
