Worst dining experience I've ever had, absolute chaos. Boiling hot in there, no air conditioning whatsoever. Felt like I was in a school canteen! No privacy at all, just a big open dinner hall. Chairs uncomfortable, small tables and all squashed together. Queues everywhere, organisation non existent. Filthy tables & floors, why you would have carpet in a food area I don't know. Ice cream machines kept running out. Cheap flimsy cutlery. Jelly & other desserts not set & just runny slop! Custard like dish water. Pork was stringy, chicken was grey. I left hungry and completely unsatisfied. They told me all the restaurants are the same, so that means everyone is eating the same poor food quality as we are. They've missed the mark here in every way. We've stayed here a few times but never has my dining experience been so bad. Have requested to be moved to another restaurant for the duration of our stay or I'm demanding a refund & asking to leave the property. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
