Has one of the best fried rice in Kilmarnock I’m convinced!! Their menu is filled with different kinds of meals so I’m always trying something new from there. Prices are not too high, and service is fantastic staff are absolutely lovely! I definitely recommend this one being your go-to Chinese takeaway spot!! Food: 5

Avoid this place i placed an order at 6 o'clock and at 8 :45 still not received my order on the phone several times and told its on its way when they knew it was not on its way they just tell lies Avoid this chinese shop i will never order from here again Service: 1

I've been using the ocean sun at least once a month for the past 10 years and thought it was a fantastic place to get a Saturday night takeaway.3 weeks ago it took an one and a half hours to deliver,but arrived only after phoning to remind them..Today after waiting an hour and a half had to phone again,this time waiting 2 hours to get it delivered to find out it was lukewarm to say the least.On phoning to complain the person asked the delivery driver if it was still warm who replied yes it was still warm.I am fair chuffed that he knew this from carrying a plastic bag with the food in containers which were double stacked a 4 high.Needless to say I will not be back as the service/delivery time has become deplorable and customer satisfaction is second class.I will not be back and urge anyone else who has been let down by poor customer service to boycott any business that treats you with bad service.Aint microwaves a great thing although chips ain't the same,should have used the air fryer I suppose...silly me. Meal type: Dinner
