Service was basic. Nothing great… the servers dressed like they just got out of bed. I get the “casual” feel but they look like they don’t care. Food was ok. Not bad, well seasoned. Had the ranch steak… if it was from a cryovac seal then you should have let it air out longer. I could taste the blood. If it wasn’t from cryovac then it was bordering on rancid. Wifey had the salmon. Again, tasted good but was cooked to med rare… which I love but wifey not so much… she ate the more cooked part. Server could have asked for temp preference. The hopp’n John was awesome. The guy on guy at was good! We will probably come back to give it another chance when you have a country act instead of Led Zeppelin Tribute band. This is not a negative review but rather an opportunity to improve.

Amazing food and service. If you’re going to the palladium for a show. You can eat here and get a wristband to skip the line. Which is well worth it.

This was my second time at Off The Rails. Unfortunately it’ll most likely be my last. It took over an hour to get our food. My friend chicken was undercooked and bloody, so much of my meal was inedible. The mac and cheese consisted of noodles in what can best be described as cheese water. The drinks were very good, and they do have many creative options available. Unfortunately they were out of stock of many we originally asked for. I really want to like this place but there were just so many negatives that it’s hard to justify coming back. I hope they figure out their issues and improve the quality of the food. Undercooked chicken is a severe health issue.
