The service and atmosphere are fantastic. We had the soup and salads bar. The price is great. There's variety for you to choose from except we found the Italian white beans soup is quite salty. However, we love the seafood chawder. We'll definitely go back there. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30

The Service was Very good, as well, the Indoor atmosphere was also nice, however, the brunch was very mediocre, definitely not worth the $40 and the food quality was something you would expect at a Denny’s or roadside hotel breakfast included restaurant. My wife, two daughters and myself went there for the Sunday Brunch. I have to say, I was very disappointed. I made a reservation for my daughter's birthday as we are from out of town and they both live in Calgary however we travel to Calgary frequently and I am familiar with alot of dinner restaurants. However I wanted a nice brunch for my daughter's birthday so checked online and The Dining Room at The Inn looked very good as well as it was close to my daughter's new home. The good - - waiter was pleasant and friendly - the restaurant is an old Officer's Club which is very nice. The bad - - first off, to get to the buffet you have to walk through the lobby as people are walking in and out. That was very odd and kind of uncomfortable actually. - I found the brunch buffet, to be 100% honest, was terrible for $40/person. Wasn't much different from the free breakfast you get a Hotel Express. Eggs benedict served on a coffee cup plate and really nothing special. - I made the reservation and was asked if there was an occasion so I selected birthday. I assume the restaurant would even acknowledge her birthday - didn't expect any freebies, but really it's just good personable service. Nothing. - coffee service and clearing of plates were slow, no replenishment of cream. Just basic good service. I felt lke we were at some cheap breakfast place to be honest. The meal was the biggest disappoinment - I've been alot of brunches and for $40 a plate I expected alot better than this. We ordered 4 mimosa's and the bill was $220 (before tip). I always tip good, it's just me but wasn't warranted. I don't mind paying for good food and service, this place was very disappointing and I felt worse for my daughter. P.S. I typically only give reviews if I am very impressed or very disappointed - mostly impressive. Again, this was very disappointing. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $40–50
