Last time I ate authentic Ramen was in Hong kong and i haven't found any Ramen shops here in the philippines that truly captures, AUTHENTIC Japanese Ramen. I found this little shop and what is striking is that it is just like the Ramen shops in tokyo. Small and homey.
The Ramen was amazing. It is exactly what a ramen should be!
