Excellent little cafe. Owner and staff are a laugh a minute and love a bit of proper blue collar banter, wit, and humour with customers. The food is fresh and tasty and worth the wait. Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: £1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Genuinely terrible. Over £6 for a coffee and a two item sandwich. Everything is an optional extra to pay for even sauce. The staff are nothing but rude. Go over the road to fillings or Greggs. Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: £1–10

Went for a 5 mile walk this morning, Amanda, Roxy dog and I. Midway point was the Old Post Office Cafe. This will now become a regular weekend walk for us because it was just lovely. Full English for me, bacon and egg sandwich for Amanda and lashings of hot tea, fabulous refuelling point or just a nice spot for a lazy weekend breakfast! Well done on your new venture Sammy and Tracey! In the immortal words of Arnie, "We'll be back!"
