Olga’s is one of my family’s all-time favorite restaurants. We’ve always come here for light meals; it was always delicious and satisfying until 2014, when I moved out of Michigan and spent many decades living with my husband outside the United States. I wish we had visited Olga’s Kitchen when we were in town, but unfortunately, we didn’t have the time. I’m not sure if they still make their homemade spinach pie and homemade wrap pita bread. However, I can confirm that their customer service is always friendly and welcoming! I have not been to this location in a very long time, and I came back to find it completely changed. It is now set up like a fast food or carryout burger place. There are no longer any waitresses. Those jobs are gone. Sitting down and being served was a big part of what this restaurant was, and it is genuinely uncomfortable to eat here without it, especially at these prices. We spent $30 to $40 on lunch for what amounted to counter service. I might as well have gone to a fast food restaurant. I will not be back.
