My wife said it was the best ever pizza restaurant she had been to. I thought it was great as well and my Kids loved it. I highly recommend it to anyone.

We had a party for 35 people at our house and had Nico come over and make pizzas. We have our own woodfired pizza oven that he used (but there's also the option that he brings his own pizza oven.) The party and the food were a great success! Everyone loved the pizzas and were very complimentary to the job Nico and his crew did! They created a great atmosphere. We will definitely hire him again!

We hired Nico to provide the catering for our wedding in January and it was one of the first and BEST decisions we made. As soon as my husband and I were engaged we knew we wanted to have pizza at our wedding, so we started looking into mobile brick oven catering. There wasn't a lot out there. Luckily for us one of the options was Oliva Wood Fired Pizza and when we contacted them Nico responded promptly. He was super easy to work with and flexible. The pricing is very reasonable as well. They catered for about 120 people and served everyone very quickly- food was replaced as soon as it ran out on the buffet line. We were even gifted a pizza peel with our names and wedding date (it was displayed on the buffet during the wedding). So sweet! On top of being easy to work with and professional the pizza is just really really good. We had 5 different types for the main dinner buffet (Oliva and Porky were some favorites) and a few different appetizers for the cocktail hour. The appetizers were also really delicious! I need another excuse to have a party so we can do this again. If you're thinking about pizza at your wedding (or any other celebration) you need to hire Oliva Wood Fired Pizza! If you don't need catering but like to eat good pizza you need to check them out whenever they pop up at various breweries and businesses!
