Delivery: Arrived at the agreed time, and all items we ordered were correct – that is the only positive point. Unfortunately, the food was cold when it arrived, which was very disappointing. Far more seriously, the delivery driver left our front gate open when they left. This allowed our dogs to get out of the garden and onto the public road, and we had an extremely distressing experience searching for them until we found them safe. When we contacted the restaurant to report this and express how upset we were, no one apologised or acknowledged how serious this was. All they did was keep repeating that the line was bad, and made no effort to listen or put things right. This was completely unacceptable – mistakes happen, but the lack of care and accountability afterwards is unforgivable. We will not be ordering again and cannot recommend this service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Price per person: £10–20
