I came into this cafe for lunch and a coffee and was greeted by a rat running into the kitchen disgusting. Then when my coffee arrived the latte art was perfection although the chocolate that came with it was expired and had a white cast over it. Customer service was perfect but was very disappointed in the health and safety issues quality of the products being sold to the customers. Poor workers, working in such a bad establishment. Blond girl was very good worker. Price per person: A$1–20 Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1

Had a wonderful experience at the store, the attendant that served us named Noi who was very accommodating and customised our order with half dark abd half milk chocolate. We were turned away by Toe Ponds branch post payment stating they cannot customise orders. I do not recommend The Ponds it is best to travel to the Rouse Hill branch for better service. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Had the absolute pleasure of dining in for dessert recently and just wanted mention how delicious our churros was, also a special shout out to the extra efficient servers on that particular evening, they were freindly and extremely pleasant which is something that is lost these days !! Really nice to see people taking pride in their work, customer service is one of the toughest jobs out there. Keep shining Team Oliver Brown Rouse Hill. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
