I ordered 2 ham and cheese omelets for pickup, drove the 20 minutes to the store and 20 minutes back home (my mistake). I opened the bag and I had 2 chicken omelets. I called the store let them know and the lady who answered, listened to my issue, and I told her I want the correct ones made and I'll drive back down. I get there and as I suspected, no one inside knew I had the wrong order and that I already requested them to be made. The manager (i think) heard my issue and reordered my original, and offered me a drink. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I have been going here since I returned to Georgia in 2008 and was introduced to the restaurant by the former chief of police of Pooler. Lately the customer service has been awful and today was no exception. I had to ask if we were sitting in the wrong area just to get some service and the cashier was too busy on their phone to even wish me a good day when I checked out. It was treat for my granddaughter who was visiting from out of town. I am saddened to say was not the best experience for either of us.Thank Goodness the food was good, if not I would have left. Get your act together Omelette Cafe or I am going to start driving all the way to Savannah and Richmond Hill where THEY KNOW how to treat customers. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Service: Dine in Price per person: $30–50 Recommendation for vegetarians: Somewhat recommend Vegetarian offerings: Not sure Parking space: Plenty of parking Kid-friendliness: They have a few kid meal options Wheelchair accessibility: Yes you can drive right up to the front
