Great Indian restaurant in Koh Samui at the Ritz Carlton. Staff starting from Saharsh (Sasha), his colleagues and Chef Armaan are very helpful, knowledgable and courteous. Hospitality is excellent. One Rai Restaurant is truly one of the best dining experiences in Koh Samui. The food is outstanding, with every dish prepared to perfection and full of amazing flavors. What makes this restaurant even more special is the exceptional service. The entire team is attentive, friendly, and always prompt in meeting guests’ needs. Their hospitality makes you feel genuinely welcomed from the moment you arrive. A special mention goes to Chef Sethi for the excellent culinary experience, and to Yok, Raj, Immi, and Sasha for their outstanding personalized service. They regularly come to your table to ensure everything is perfect, making the experience warm, personal, and memorable. This is my first time at one rai restaurant and I loved it so much especially the aloo curry with some chilli paratha on side and Chef Arman also came to greet us at the table as well.
