We genuinely appreciate you choosing to spend your evening with us, and we’re sorry to hear that your Midnight Brunch experience did not meet your expectations. We would like to address a few of the concerns you mentioned for clarification. Jazz is on Saturday only 7pm show and 9pm show. Regarding the seating, the event did include reserved seating on the second floor; however, this was exclusively for guests who purchased our VIP table packages. VIP reservations were offered as a Table for Two ($125) or a Table for Four ($200). Based on your review and the amount you indicated paying, it appears your reservation was for general admission, which includes seating on the first floor. We also apologize if there was any confusion regarding service. At check-in, our host informed arriving guests that the event would be bar service only for beverages. We’re sorry if you did not receive or hear that information, and we understand how that could have affected your experience. As for the food, we certainly regret that it did not meet your expectations. Looking at the photo included with your review, the entrée appears consistent with our standard serving size, and we strive to provide generous portions for our guests. That said, we recognize that taste and expectations are subjective, and we’re disappointed to hear you were not satisfied with the meal. We also understand your comments regarding the ticket pricing. Our event listing specified that the $25 admission included entry and three mimosas. We are sorry there was an assumption that food was included as well, but unfortunately that was not part of the package as advertised. While we respectfully disagree with a few of the perceptions outlined in your review, we sincerely apologize that your overall experience fell short of the expectations you had when you chose to visit us. Our goal is for every guest to leave feeling they received great hospitality, and we’re disappointed that we missed the mark for you. Thank you again for sharing your feedback. Guests should always feel welcomed, respected, and comfortable asking questions about our menu, and we take your feedback very seriously.
