I ordered two lunch steak hibachi meals, and unfortunately, the steak was overcooked. I called to explain the situation, and the gentleman I spoke with was very understanding. He mentioned that takeout orders can continue to cook after they're packaged, which I completely understand. However, I let him know that this was the first time it had been this overdone. Without hesitation, he offered to remake both meals, and the replacements were absolutely on point. I truly appreciated that he listened to my concerns, took them seriously, and made it right. Great customer service goes a long way, and because of how they handled the situation, I'll definitely be back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch
