I was told this would a great place to go and celebrate my Husbands birthday! So yes I was excited to call and reserve a table for us and a few friends. I just called to reserve a table and my first impression was not a good one. The person who answered the phone was HIGHLY unprofessional! Sound like he hates his job and hates to be of service to anyone! Secondly, I asked for a manager, in hopes of getting a better vibe, I was greeted by the dial tone! So thank you for letting me know up front what type of service I would receive. I will not be going here to celebrate anything! I give this place a -1.0.

Pastor. This is a plea to the owner of Onix on Winchester Rd. Please have a talk with the cook. I am a representative for six churches in the Hickory Hill area. The big guy with the beard had no respect for the customers especially the older ladies and the young children. He was watching a reality show that should have been rated R. It was very offensive and when the young lady (cashier) handed me the remote to change it to a more suitable station...he came out from the back and said, "give me my remote...the customers don't run this store." He asked me to notify the owner as if nothing would be done. I enjoyed the food but no customer wants to pay for RUDE SERVICE & DISRESPECT! I will try to contact the owner by phone who does run the store.
