This has to be the worst chinese meal I have ever had. Food came in containers made for sandwiches and by the time I got it home was cold. Prawns and chicken were like eating rubber bullets. Not taste to may of the meal. Definitely do not recommend this place. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

This was the best salt and pepper box I've ever had, all the food was so full of flavour and super tasty, definitely deserves a 5* review amazing food. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Take out Price per person: £10–20

Very happy indeed to call Open Kitchen my local Chinese. The salt and pepper chicken genuinely is the best around. We frequent the pork chow mein also, proper slices of pork no skimpy little pre-cut pieces like some places. Friends and family who’ve tried the food from here have also converted into regular customers. I do notice the prices increasing over time but I am happy to pay as the food is so good, and as long as the quality stays good then it’s fine. Been inside various times and it seems like a very lovely family running the place. Was surprised to see a few low star reviews. Meat content has always been generous, everything cooked fresh in-front of you. Definitely give it a go, best Chinese in North West Leeds without a doubt.
