Disfruta de un insuperable café en este restaurante. Por si todo esto fuera poco, su personal es sofisticado. Tal y como una serie de usuarios dicen, el servicio es sorprendente. Una vez dentro, su atmósfera es genial. Pero Open Restaurant no es muy apreciado por los usuarios de Google, quienes le han otorgado una valoración por debajo de la media.

I called the restaurant and the employee answered, telling me the offer was still valid and at the same price. He confirmed it, and I repeated it to him, and he reiterated his statement. However, when I went to the restaurant, he changed everything and denied everything. I hope this matter can be resolved because it took me an hour to get there. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We took iftar buffet once for our company iftar party. Really awesome with varieties of dishes with good quality and delicious. We all really enjoyed their service. One time must try. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I selected the OPEN restaurant at Double Tree Murooj district (old one right opposite to the new one on ring road) for a Valentine's Day dinner. It was my first time visiting the hotel so below is an honest & open feedback POSITIVES (+) Buffet menu at the restaurant is quite decent with 20 odd main course dishes followed by a large variety of starters, salads, desserts, fruits & other paraphernalia (+) The food overall is decent with some really tasty main course dishes in beef, mutton, chicken & fish. The same cannot be said about desserts which were quite off and not fresh by any standard. (+) The service level is smooth with most serving staff being friendly & courteous (+) Space in the restaurant is open with ease of mobility for customers to walk around. (+) Special celebrations were made for Valentine's day with red balloons on tables and around the venue > A welcome gesture NEGATIVES (-) The hotel looks quite dated with a gloomy outlook from outside as well as inside. The entrance of the hotel is also shabby. The security guard was so discourteous not even to offer us directions to the parking (-) The cost of the buffet has been increased to SR 209 per head, while the same is not reflected in Entertainer or the online coupons. This creates an undue confusion & frustration for the customers, resulting to arguments at the time of payment or entrance (-) The staff member at the entrance of the restaurant seems quite rude as he kept mentioning about my Entertainer usage to his fellow staff, despite me being there at the buffet table, overhearing his little rant (-) Dessert options are mostly stale and don't offer freshness. In terms of taste, much leaves the customer to desire as it is not authentic & below average, especially Arabic desserts. (-) Almost 90% of the people at the time of my being there were hotel customers, who were staying at the place. I could not see many outside visitors or customers around Overall Good option for quite Family dinner or celebratory meet-up. Recommended with 7 / 10 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SAR 200+
